Cherish Client Loyalty
Oct 17, 2023What can you do to show your clients, your good clients, (not these fling clients) the ones that you want to be in a long-term grooming relationship with - how can you show them that you care about them? How can you show them that you cherish their loyalty? I want you guys to really consider that because it's through those long standing relationships and building that line of communication that if there's ever a problem you have built, know, like, and trust. They know who you are, they like who you are, and they trust you. If your customers do not know, like, and trust either you or your brand, then there’s no way they’re going to stay loyal.
